WE WON!! I want to thank all the people who helped me in my election campaign. We raised thousands of dollars, knocked on thousands of doors and walked what seemed like hundreds of miles this summer. When the votes were counted I won a resounding victory in a five person primary. Thank you to all who shared their time, talent and treasure in the effort. I certainly could not have done it without you. Our efforts paid off and I am running unopposed in the general election.

I wish to extend a "job well done" to two of my opponents, Rob Stelzer and Joan Landmann. It's never easy when Democrats run against each other in a primary and both Joan and Rob's supporters should be commended for their tireless efforts in working for their candidate. I look forward to coming together as Democrats in our district to help me bring leadership and real, effective change to Jefferson City.

Once again, I can't thank my supporters enough for all they have done. I will keep you up to date on campaign events to come! I look forward to winning in November and the swearing in on January 7th!
